Dishonest
Review by: Andrew from California, on November 1st
Even though it claims to have unlimited space, basic plan only allows for 6 web pages. I thought I could host a decent web site here, in reality, it's hard to do with the low price basic plan. The premium plan is expensive. The software is easy to use, but I run into problems every day. Either something is not uploading, or pages can not be published. This happens literally every time I use it. I'm disappointed and looking for another web hosting service.

Decent host
Review by: Gary from Nebraska, on October 27th
They are a large host, not sure if thats good or bad. One thing you need to be aware of is that the unlimited amount of storage and transfer is not possible with any host. They will throttle you down if your site gets too busy. This is true with any shared hosting, but other than that they are cheap, reliable and offer plenty for most sites.

they deserve a second look. The special price right now makes them a really good deal. We run a small forum and haven't had any issues with anything, such as slow loading, errors, etc.

Much better than the alternatives
Review by: Neil from Durham, on October 6th
Having been with Godaddy and even free providers, Fatcow is worlds better, but still not too expensive. I'd say their are better companies out there, but they haven't screwed my site up so far.

No problems here...
Review by: Tracie from St. Paul, MN, on August 16th
Not sure about the legitimacy of the bad reviews, but for me Fatcow has been just fine. Sure you could pay more and have someone hold your hand, but if you know what you need and mostly how to use it, then you will be more than satisfied with them.

Long time customers are not appreciated
Review by: www.kendragebb.com from Washington, on August 8th
After years with Fatcow they don't care about you. The price is over $200 a year and they tie up your domain so you can't leave. They waist your time on hold for hours tring to get them to release it. What a mess! THere isn't any contact so you know about your account. Customer service doesn't care they just read the script.
