Customer Support: Support was available 24/7 and resolved my issue within minutes.
Feature Set: The platform includes a wide range of internal tools that meet all my needs.
Security: I appreciate the strongest security measures, including two-factor authentication and Authenticator for Server access, from the moment almost all of my google accounts got data-breach and some of my google account got hacked but they couldn't be able to access my service from IONOS. This makes me feel that I am blessed to have them.

The rep was very patient, and we got the issue resolved despite my lack of technical understanding. However, I really think that had I been able to speak to him on the phone vs. the "chat" format -- we could have resolved it within ten minutes vs. the 50 minutes it took. This, in my opinion, is a huge misallocation of resources for Siteground. But, the rep was great!
